    The watch was in brand new condition as listed, however it had been rattling around in its box during shipment due to poor design of the display area in the box. This was a fault of the manufacturer but some extra packing around the watch before shipping would have helped. Even so the watch was OK. Service from blacktagwatches was first class but their efforts to ship promptly were thwarted by UPS incompetence. It was re-shipped by FedEx but even they delivered it to the wrong address!
