Delivered on time and with no external damage, thankfully - the last PC we ordered, from a different vendor, arrived in mangled condition, though this was entirely the couriers' responsibility. The Dell T5820 workstation itself is in very nice physical condition, so we're happy that what we received matched the photographs and description. A relatively small issue concerning the heatsink housing was eventually resolved following cordial emails back and forth, but overall a positive experience.
