The item was as described, however there was no protective packing in the parcel whatsoever not happy with the sellers concept of shipping. I would suggest that nobody buys anything that is fragile from the seller

Hello! Very sorry about letting you down with the packaging. I made a call based on what was available at my post office, and in terms of getting something with the right fit, the mailing bag suited the dimensions at least. I felt that the item being of solid construction and already in its protective bag, I wouldn't require additional bubble wrap, but I do regret this decision now. I put consideration into every item sent, so I profusely apologise this didn't meet the standard. Thank you!
