I won the auction at a very attractive price. Soon after, the seller apologised and informed me that she could not find the item and that she would refund my money. The seller added that she would let me know if she managed to find the item. When I asked if it was found because I received a notification that it had been posted, the seller told me that she had marked it as sent to have more time to look for it. I received my money shortly thereafter. These are the facts.
