I’m really sorry to hear about this, it’s the first failure I’ve heard about. While I thoroughly inspect and test each item to ensure it works correctly and is sound, possibly there was a fault in the breakage area. To minimise the risk of this happening again I’m working on a sturdier design and will update the listing as soon as it’s available. In the meantime, I’ve issued a full refund, and can only apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
