Not great. Extractor fan was advertised as “in good condition “ but was smashed in several areas including underneath the unit exposing bare printed circuit board. Have tried contacting the seller to send pictures but messaging was disabled. The unit works but is in a shocking state. Will not be recommending this seller

I have not received any message from the buyer whatsoever. Even my pre-delivery message was not replied to. I never ignore any message from any buyer as my previous feedback shows. I do not think I can disable buyers' messages in eBay and have never done this. There were photos of the item from every angle before packaging and there was no damage where the buyer has mentioned. It could have been damaged in transit. We can claim compensation if buyer contacts and provides photos.
