Avoid - I received a dirty secondhand set not new as advertised. Boxes had the George at Asda logos cut out so it seems this seller is selling cheap items at an inflated price and they are clearly used. I messaged the seller who didn’t offer any apology or resolution what so ever and claimed they are new but sometimes wiped down in the warehouse. when I referred to the photos the seller just said that sometimes there will be issues. If you like the set I recommend getting it directly from Asda!

Apart from, that the damage was larger to that shown in the photos on-line, the kettle supplied came from THREE different boxes, i.e.THREE DIFFERENT Serial Numbers!! I also made the comment to the Seller that I wondered what our local trading Standards Office would make of what had been supplied. His reation was to offer a return label so that I could obtain a re-fund. That was too late as the kettle was already in use elsewhere. At no time did I get any explanation or apology!!
