    Worked eventually, but no one know why!

    Once installed it seems to work as described, however installing it took several days and calls to Wiser. Eventually it works fine....right next to the hub, so why does the hub not do that job? The help desk, very helpful actually, commented "We don't know why it works there, be satisfied it works where it is!" So it seems a way of charging another £40 to make the original system work.

    Flawed documentation and hence product - a struggle to deploy

    Potentially a very good product as a range extender for the Wiser Hub. But let down fundamentally by poor documentation. For example there is no "theory of operation" which would explain what the device does and how it does it. One is left the only option to trawl the web for user experiences and tips. Drayton is clearly a big business yet the directors seem to be missing in action. Wake up Drayton, you could be great, not just average.
