Seller was extremely prompt on communication. Seller explained this will not fit my Cannondale Synapse despite having the same part number. The seller explained the cable is a different length for my bike. It will only fit the bikes in the description. It would be helpful to have a tiny bit more explanation like that in the description. However glad we caught this before the order was shipped. The seller refunded me immediately. I definitely recommend this knowledgeable and courteous seller.
