The reason I was upset was because of the obvious mixup with the description of the belt. We have two different ideas for the description of what the belt does. They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. Contacted seller and they were very helpful and kind.
