I contacted the seller and he sorted out a replacement parcel, which came quickly. The plants look healthy and are now planted in my pond. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from this seller as the problem was not of his making and he sorted the order out as expected. Thank you.
- t***q (19)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe plant was was brown and rotten,as can be seen in the picture I took,I contacted the seller Andrew,he told me to message him again in four weeks,then he told me he thinks I should return the plant in the original plastic bag the plant came in ,keeping in mind this is six days after delivery, does Andrew want me go to the rubbish tip facility to recover the original packaging, this guys prices are not cheap, the portions he sends out are very stingy,the plant did not in any way match the picReply from: 0000andrew- Feedback replied to by seller 0000andrew.- Feedback replied to by seller 0000andrew.The plant was actually fine and we offered the option to return for a full refund or to let us know if the plant failed within 4 weeks. I suspect he planted the plant and is trying for a refund to get a free plant!
