A great buy
Exceptional sound quality from a small device, with separate tone and loudness adjustment. The user needs to read the instructions to know how to access the menus but once this is understood all the functions are easy to set up and use. 4 alarms with separate alarm settings for weekdays and weekends is a bonus. My particular issue with clock radio's is the display either too bright or too dark, not so with the S6 the auto dimming display remains readable at low light levels without being too bright. Okay if it was a quarter of the price.
Horrible, fuzzy, distorted sound which makes voices difficult to understand. Display keeps turning off. Bluetooth randomly comes on, preventing alarms from working. Display is nice in strong sunlight. Casing is stylish.

Pure Siesta S6
Looks neat and good quality. I'd had an older Sonos for years, but had to upgrade to get DAB+. The S6 is easy to use. Good points are the weekday and weekend different alarm settings and when the radio comes on it gradually increases in volume. Negative point is that the function buttons are small and at night its impossible to read the small writing on each button.

Bedside radio
All round a great radio, big improvement on my last Roberts. What a pity the instructions are so poor. I contacted the company for help and they explained how to get over the problem I had but also said that full instructions were not yet available. I would have thought that full instructions should have been out with the product!
