Slow in shipping out the door, no sense of urgency, item looks nice but is flimsy using weak magnets that doesn’t keep the tool and it’s contents secure. A little disappointed. Communication was a bit condescending. I’ve definitely had better transactions on eBay. The only upside is that they use Speedpac, which expedites the shipping process once item is received. Can’t say I’ll be back. Sorry
