    Well made product.

    The quality is very good but don't ecxpect a great increase in volume. My wife suffers with tinnitus and the first thing she said on trying it was "is that as loud as it goes?" I compared it with the direct output from the TV and it's virtually the same on full volume. I have tried several head sets but even my Wharfedale DD1s wern't exactly deafening. Might have to mod it a bit to boost the output.

    What a bargain and a life saver

    Richer Sounds advertise this but no longer seem to stock it. Can you wonder when companies have stopped supplying a phono output in their TVs - only optical. I was puzzled as to why the volume control on my Sennheiser Headset was unresponsive. Then I saw this little gem advertised on Ebay. I should add that I am hard of hearing. I did not realise that there was an amplifier for headsets!. The result was amazing. Not only volume control, but tone control (Making speech sharper). Plus there is a choice of output to headset - quarter inch jack 0r 3.5 phono. I can now comfortably enjoy TV, DVD and radio straight from source in the bedroom (where there is no amplifier). I have an amplifier in the living room, so this device is not necessary Thoroughly recommended

    Excellent product at budget price

    Brilliant sound quality, if anything a bit powerful for my Bose phones as I have to keep the volume control quite low, so should have no trouble powering less sensitive phones. Clear expansive sound, easily the best I've ever heard (Rega Planet CD player, Rega Mira amp (pre-amp part only), B-Tech headphone amp, Bose Quietcomfort 15) Came with power supply but needs dual phono cable to connect to amplifier.
