Highly recommend service. Maybe cost is a bit higher than others on the market, but 100% worth it. Unfortunately, in my situation,straighteners couldn't be repaired, but the seller was very communicative and explained the issues in a very clear way for technically challenged people. Thanks so much for the lovely comment, it really is appreciated, unfortunately GHD did not make all there hair straighteners repairable, and we are currently trying to manufacture lots of repair parts for the new models as GHD design them, but it is a long process from design to manufacture.
