    This DVD workout is great for "US" beginner's!

    I bought the DVD, began my workout and was immediately impressed with it. I had gone on to Jillian Michael's site and was not able to find it. They had been sold out and they had no info on wether I could get it later. Here on ebay you can find thing's that you can't find elsewhere and at a resonable price. The work out is really great and my Fiance' has seen a noticable difference in my appearance in just a short time. I do this workout 3 times a week and love it! Now I'm looking for Backside for Beginners.... I highly recommend!!!

    What an inspiration to get in shape. Tough yet doable.

    Jillian Michaels is so inspiring. She really cares about people and wants us to get in shape. The workout is definitely work but well worth it. It is not for wimps but it's not so hard that YOU can't do it. Give it a try. You'll like it. You'll feel better physically and mentally. You are worth the time to do this workout. I don't like only one thing. There are no stretches. Stretch befor and after or you will be sore. I bought this tape because I care about living better. I love watching the Biggest Loser. I have lost 13 pounds and feel more energetic. I wanted to have another program to add to my fitness routine

    Jillian makes it so easy!!!

    Both Hubby and I have been working out to various types of DVD's, using the treadmill, and bowflex. We feel that with Jillian's Frontside DVD - we are seeing amazing results in amazing time! Love that she is explaining and talking - we've learned so much!!!! Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level!!!

    Jillian is tough!

    Even though this is for beginners it is a pretty tough workout. I encourage anyone interested in starting a new exercise program to get this dvd, Jillian encourages you throughout the workout and you really do feel better afterwards. I have this and her Backside for beginners and am on my way to being fit!

    Good so far.

    THis is the second DVD I bought by Jillian Michaels. THe first was too hard, so I bought this one. She STILL works you hard, LOL, but alot easier to keep up with. I would recommend this DVD. Only been a week, but I plan on staying with it.

More to explore:
