Won auction and contacted seller three days later after hearing nothing. That evening tracking was posted, but still zero reply to my message. Got helmet a week and a half after paying. Loose in the box (by a bit). Not cool, as it traveled across the entire US (bouncing along in the box?). Some bubble wrap or packing paper would've been proper and would've showed some care instead of the whole general meh experience of "you bought it and here it is." Basically very impersonal service.
