Item should have been marked as used not open box. Seller did send replacement batteries to fix defective ones. But advertisement was false. A used item is completely different from an open box.

I highly recommend this seller. I purchased an item from them, but unfortunately, the package arrived with a missing part. I believe the seller was unaware of this issue and did not do it intentionally. When I explained the situation to the seller, they offered to ship a new package with the complete item.
