Poor delivery provider choices and poor item drop off time to their couriers. No communication with me to explain any delays or issues and then a message after I complained to them (w/evidence) of unacceptable delays they said they now offer alternative DPD shipping, we will see but I won't buy again anyhow from here not a good experience.
