So far as value and delivery all as described. I was dismayed however after ordering the wrong fitting (my mistake) that I could not cancel, stop, or exchange the fitting for the correct one even prior to it leaving their warehouse. Had to endure the whole returns process and a refund so that I could then re-order the correct fitting. If you need to cancel an order with this company do it within ten minutes or it's too late!
