You can tell by the smell when you start cooking it that its no ordinary black pudding, its not stodgy when you eat it and it has a lighter texture than most and tastes fantastic. I slice it into portions and freeze what i dont use straight away ready for next time. Ive spoken so much about it Im converting my family this Christmas morning.Recommended by a friend a few years ago this is my special treat. What can I say I paid alot of money to get this delivered due to lockdown. It's obviously worth every penny!! Not only used it for breakfast but made a lovely Lancashire hotpot with it also.
