Had to get refund of ebay after item sent back as seller even refused to give me a label or refund. seller rude told me to open package properly then no reply took over 10 days to arrive 😒 selling item as new item all stuck to packet no way of getting out without ripping it BEWARE as item has just been relisted shaun the sheep bookmark item is damaged. Seller is rude 😤

Item took 13 days to arrive following payment and seller only posted after day 10 (had to raise a case with eBay) as per Royal Mail stamp, despite marking as dispatched much earlier. Seller states on description that postage costs would be discounted on multiple items but didn’t discount and ignored messages. To top it off item was not as described and was ex library and was not happy with £5 that the seller offered for this bearing in mind all the other issues I had. Would not buy from again.
