Would not recommend this seller. Item not as described, seller refused return so opened case with ebay. Seller finally issued prepaid return label for 2kg parcel, which was no good as there was 2 boxes at 11kg & 12kg, I asked seller to issue correct return labels & she told me to use the label issued & pay for the other one myself. Obviously seller had nothing between the ears as she couldn't comprehend that the post office wouldn't accept the parcel as wrong weight. Ebay issued full refund.

It was a job lot of plastic hangers and buyer kicked up a fuss with the amount of each type of hanger there was. I sold the item as a job lot which by definition is varying quantity and condition of items, as I had not counted how many there was of each as there was hundreds. I issued the eBay label but eBay did not give me an option to send another. Buyer was also very rude to me in messages. Why would I accept a return for something I listed correctly just because you weren't happy with it?
