Messaged with 2 item nos. for different ink colours to ask if I could have the advertised "multi item discount" even though it didn't work in my cart. He advised the only way was to pay full price & he would refund the discount. After I paid he changed his mind & said no to the discount as they were not the same colour ?? then cancelled my order falsely stating reason as "problem with delivery address" I don't leave neg f/b lightly but untruthful & poor seller

Your initial enquiry was regarding 1 ink that qualified and mentioned nothing about a 2nd different ink that did not qualify. You then proceeded to make demands and accusations. The order was subsequentially cancelled as you were clearly not going to be happy with any solution offered

My original query clearly gave you both ink item nos. that were in my basket otherwise there would have been no request for multiple item discount. You agreed to give me the discount at dispatch for 2 bottles without ever mentioning your later stupidity that they needed to be the same colour. That all changed after you received my £17.98 payment for both bottles
