The zip was not broken when sent out, I found out later after numerous emails that it was 2 sizes too small for her, yet she tried to wedge herself into it. She then wanted to KEEP the dress for a huge discount and said her friend would repair it. I only had a smaller size. I offered her a full refund as long as she returned the item to me, and she refused. She got to keep the dress and got a refund from Ebay, and Ebay paid me as well, did not sanction me in any way, so you make your mind up
