Very good quality toolbox with great service. My first order arrived on time but was damaged by the courier. Hilka arranged for a collection and sent me a replacement. The replacement had some small damage due to the courier again but I was happy enough to keep it. I personally believe Hilka could improve on the packaging by maybe using thicker cardboard and to completely surround the box in foam with a foam top for that extra protection in transit. Apart from that, would buy again from them.
