Was not aware there was not a base the one that I was buying. I was also surprised that the eco friendly bin was covered with yards and yards of cling film. It can not be recycled, and there was no need for this. The bin also came with tips on recycling???? The complete bin is not an issue, and would be a great help in the garden.
