Unfortunately it suffered an internal failure and didn't work on arrival, which after reaching out to the manufacturer was determined to be a common issue with the product. This seller was apologetic and took responsibility, issuing a refund.
The issue was not the fault of the seller, but they handled it well. I'd buy from them again and can recommend them as an honest seller.
