Purchased and paid for item immediately. Contacted for update as it had not arrived in the estimated time, was told that they would check and give details that evening, chased again PM the next day and was told that they had "received the item back, as they had put the wrong postcode on the delivery address" Have refunded. All is well but, Postcodes are automated from eBay on delivery as is tracking. Sorry, but having to chase this and then be told it has been returned is a negative experience!
