Item arrived broken in a smashed shipping box. Seller says that since it isn't made out of glass it is impossible to be broken during shipping. They imply I broke a metal screwdriver simply taking it out of a cardboard box. Yeah Right. Good Luck future buyers.

Beautiful transaction. Shipping takes a lottle time, but the seller was upfront about this. These are new/refurbished units. If you che k thr onvoarding logs you can see the history. Also be aware support on IOT Networks is all but dead. Onboarding new IOT devices over the last few months has been impossible.
