It is disheartening to receive negative feedback due to a courier's mistake, especially when the buyer is uncooperative in resolving the issue amicably. Instead, the buyer hastily left negative feedback. Even though the situation could have easily been corrected by requesting the courier to repeat the delivery, the buyer refused.
