A must for tropical regions.
Though an old time favourite, this product is in its basic form, meaning it is very pure. Most Lanolin products on the shelf are full of additives. It is very much useable in its pure form, you just need less. It has this marvellous quality of waterproofing which the sheep put to good use in wetter climates. For us humans, its use on our skin is to bolster the resistance to chafing due to rubbing and perspiring. A small amount applied and spread well over the affected area after bathing and allowed to penetrate overnight will normally be enough to reverse chafing for at least 48 hours even in the most humid of days. A thick sticky cream that does sink into the skin and works well to keep skin in good condition.
This is a thick, sticky cream, like sticky honey, BUT I find that if I rub some on my hands and pat it onto my face it is not greasy and it works very well for me. I used Boots lanolin face cream for about 40 years but now they have stopped making it. I have even had lanolin cream shipped over to me from Australia, but it has a higher water content than I want, and is not so good. This sticky cream would be very good as a heavy duty hand cream as well, but I realise the consistency would not be to everyone's taste. First, I want to thank the vendor,, they were really cooperative and reply to all my questions and helped me get my shipment as I had some troubles receiving it, the product is very good.. it came in a good shape , has no smell at all .. i mixed it with coconut and olive oil and apply it on my hair before shower and the result was wonderful a very good natural option to moisturise your hair and skin highly recommend. Great Ointment for Dry and Cracked Skin.
I bought this Lanolin for dry skin on my heals and it works really well even after a few days. 500 grams is a lot and you don't need much, so it will last a long time. As advertised it is low odour and looks like it is high quality. It is good for your hands too.

The Best Moisturiser
This is the only oily substance I can use on my face that doesn't break me out. It cured my contact dermatitis and is amazing on dry hands and feet. The smell is minimal and it has a golden tone to it.
