Communication was not great. The seller failed to send out the shoes on time and didnt respond to any of my messages until I mentioned that I was planning to ask for a refund. The shoes were then sent out again without informing me or atleast providing the tracking no. The item was just delivered suddenly. The item was actually as described and looks authentic. It was also priced well.
