Muss der Literaturunterricht fur Vergnugen und lustvolles Lesen sorgen oder steht vielmehr die Vermittlung von sprachlich-asthetischen Stilmitteln im Vordergrund? Ist die Auseinandersetzung mit literarischen Formen und Prinzipien Lesearbeit oder kann sie auch den Lesegenuss bereichern? Wenn Literaturunterricht die Schuler motivieren und zum Lesen verlocken moechte, seinen Schwerpunkt auf Emotionen statt auf Kognition setzt, bestehen dann Zweifel an der Legitimation des Literaturunterrichts in der Schule? Gibt es einen Weg, emotionales, soziales und kognitives Lernen miteinander zu verbinden? Diese und ahnliche Fragen werden, unter besonderer Berucksichtigung des Literaturunterrichts in der Grundschule, zu beantworten versucht. Aus dieser Diskussion heraus ist ein Unterrichtsentwurf zum kreativen Schreiben in der Grundschule entstanden. In diesem Beispiel werden verschiedene UEbungen zum kreativen Schreiben vorgestellt, die z.B. im Rahmen eines Lernens an Stationen den Kindern auf entdeckende Weise nahegebracht werden koennten.
