Once seller knew of my condition of free postage purchase, he quickly refunded the delivery charge. However, the jacket received is not Harris Tweed as described. All genuine Harris Tweed are 100% wool and will carry a cloth label from Harris Tweed, I have checked the whole jacket from external pockets to inner pockets, no such label was found and the jacket fabric does not look and feel like all wool tweed.
