The device tracks my activity very precisely and accurately. SpO2 sensor is disabled in Japan version of vivosmart due to local regulation. So I purchased a world wide version. I have medical grade SpO2 sensor and compared the accuracy with vivosmart. The medical grade one never show below 98% unless I go to oxygen lean environment such as mountain but vivosmart reports 91 to 96% value. It seems like the result is almost random. Unfortunately, I should say the accuracy of SpO2 sensor on this device is poor. The other functions works perfectly. I like this device.

It’s a pretty cheap fitness tracker from a decent company with reasonable functionality. The HR seems fairly accurate, the pedometer and distance are way off, by almost a km on a 6km run. The O2 functionality is probably pretty worthless tbh. Overall, okay. Honestly I wouldn’t buy it again. I prefer the Fitbit products as they’re more accurate and the app is superior IMO.

I have a Garmin triathlon watch (920XT) so was looking for a small and light health tracker to monitor heart rate, steps, sleep etc. Previously had Garmin vivosmart hr+ which was good but very uncomfortable (bulky and a protruding hr monitor). This watch is so much better. I hardly notice I’m wearing it as the hr monitor is flush and it’s extremely light and not bulky. Does all the health tracking well. Can also do activity tracking if linked to your phone (gps) but the hr isn’t so accurate for intense stuff (I use a chest strap with my triathlon watch). The Sp02 sleep analysis is interesting although I only turn it on for a few nights a month as it drains the battery and doesn’t change much each night. The battery last 3 days with it on but around 6 days with it off I find! I really like the Garmin app for showing health summarise too. Pick up a second hand bargain on eBay and you’re sorted.Read full review

Seems to mostly work fine, though, apart from the clock, it’s hard to know for sure. It does think I’m asleep while reading in bed & sometimes light sleeping when I’ve been lying awake, but at least I can get an idea how much deep & REM sleep I’m getting. I only tend to check the steps, heart rate and sleep though, so can’t really comment how well the rest works.
