Wrong product recieved and didn't replace or offer to send me the product I paid for. Tried to send back but the post office wld not accept the previous packaging. This company is professional incompetent and has acted fraudulently as I am financially at a loss as a result of their failure to provide a basic service and being left with a product I cannot use and did not pay for. Wrong item sent but cheerfully corrected. Mistake understandable as anyone could mistake "male" for "female" when dealing with electrical connections. Leavers of negative feedback should bear in mind that when dealing with sellers whose first language is not English patience and understanding go farther than diatribes and negative feedback.
