I have bought multiple copies of this book because I always end up giving it away as a gift. It is uplifting and funny and smart. It's a very simple read with not very much on each page but still conveys some very big ideas. This book is broken down into numbered "life lessons" and is best read in order (at least the first time) since sometimes it refers back to earlier ones. This book could be enjoyed by someone of any faith background since while it does talk about energy it is not religious at all. I definitely would recommend this book.

This little book is a refreshing read from all of the typical self-help books. It gives you a little bit of inspiration with each section and brings you on your way to happiness in no time. The photographs are large and visually appealing. It is a small book that you can always come back to if you need a small boost of happiness.
