I purchased Jersey&Satin Midi Dress size 10 described as new with tag. It arrived with tag but not exactly as described , I could smell the perfume on the dress .
I was offered 5£off, I didn’t not accept it . So promptly ,was offered a refund.
I also noticed a few marks on the satin part off the dress and one on the jersey .
The dress is returned ,I only got refund for the cost of the dress not postage.
Very disappointed still waiting for the refund of my postage cost .

The dress was, and still is, in perfect condition. You wanted a large discount for ‘the smell of perfume’. I declined as it was untrue. As a gesture of goodwill I offered a return, minus postage costs. You said ‘’you still wanted the dress & for a large discount you would leave great feedback’’ -I declined. No mention of any ‘marks’ -because there aren’t any. I’ve photos from before &after it was sent showing this.Extremely disappointed you’ve taken time to leave such negative & untrue feedback
