Item came packaged properly and on time but on testing the mixer, the crossfader had some issues. Contacted the seller at which he apologised and we tried to sort it by trying to get the part at which he offered to pay for the part if located but wasn't possible as the item is a rare one.
The seller refunded me right away without question and I then posted the item back, no hassle and seller is a thorough and decent person. Would do business again if needs be and I highly recommend.
