At 10.35 am also on 10th Jan, message saying that delivery would be delayed, but delivery hoped for next working day. Still no word of delivery on 16 th Jan so contacted Evri for explanation. Delivery made 3.53pm on the 16th. This is our usual experience with Evri, unfortunately. There always seems to be a problem and delivery is delayed every time. Product looks good.
