A very difficult and disappointing transaction. Item arrived damaged—Royal Mail's fault, according to the seller—but returning the item for a refund was very difficult with no support, care or resolution from the seller; had to reclaim via a PayPal claim. Wouldn't buy from seller again.

A very difficult buyer.vinyl was sent in a 7" mailer with card either side.Arrived broken .My photos show no damage. I agreed on return.ebay took the money and postal fee.Buyer took 8 days to return .Despite me telling him the money has been taken by eBay.. Didn't get the result they wanted so claimed through PayPal.Even though the money had been taken for the refund.No support I answered every message..All lies ,just trying and successful being a ____..Why would I sell anything to you again
