This item was advertised as brand new , it was delivered in a flimsy carton box not original packing and parts which should have been included where missing , the board was dusty and the labels where looking mishandled, i asked for a partial refund but was ignored , since I had already paid a computer specialist to install it ,he suggested a return , well i was not going to pay again for the installation in other words would not recommend this seller

all my boards are new the customer want a50 part refund i ask for a return for a full refund i sent him pictures of the board when packing will the socket arena in mint condition it was new so there was no chance of damage he left - for threaten me too recover funds
