Listing showed multiple lots where the customer could ask for a specific item. Paid and sent message to the seller stating which one I would like. Order arrived quickly, but was not the item I asked for. A simple message on eBay could have solved this problem rather than just sending a different item on without asking! Obviously didn’t want the sale cancelled. Packaging was also extremely poor and item was damaged in transit - even though it had already been used. Would never buy from again.
