Really lovely in good condition and packaged safely . Communication from seller was excellent as puzzling to both of us that initially, the item was posted and returned to seller without a delivery being attempted ? I was offered a refund or a repost , and asked for a repost as clearly the seller was not at fault , so 5 stars is appropriate .Highly recommend this seller .

This poncho was not new, as advertised. Some of the beading on the tassels was missing and some of the tassels were frayed. There were two stains on the poncho, which looked like burn marks. I was so disappointed. Quite rude, the seller eventually agreed to refund. Oh, and the poncho was sent crushed into a porridge box!
