The jacket is really great, it was dispatched in a timely manner but when I received it the jacket was missing the rear back protection which is essential in a motorcycle jacket. When I queried this with the seller he pointed out that the description only said that there were shoulder and elbow protection, this is correct but it also didn’t point out the major defect that the back protector was missing! To replace this it will cost £22.99, he refused to cover it. Economy of truth I feel!

The item had a clear description and also in the about the item section was clear the jacket only had shoulder and elbow protection. This does not make the jacket not useable or unsafe as it is still an essential protective part of riding a motorcycle, most new jackets come without back protector as a standard and are sold as an additional purchase.
