I have been fortunate in receiving the vast majority of products very swiftly or at the very least with a message from seller to explain why this can't happen. I had to contact seller on this occasion to ask if there was a problem. I appreciate people work and can find difficulty in getting to a post office but communication could have avoided any bad feeling. Although the top was as described, I had to wash it immediately on opening parcel.
