The item has not been received although it had been posted. At my request ebay stepped in to resolve this case and following their investigation found in my favour and provided me with a full refund. It was found that the item had been dispatched after the date it should have actually arrived. It was then discovered to have only been sent 2nd class when I had paid for 1st Class signed for. If the seller had sent the item as was described then he might not have found the need to blame covid.
