The second time, I didn't receive my package for over a month, and I had to escalate the issue to eBay to get a refund. So after two months, I am back to square one. Telling the customer that the package is still pending after one month since it was shipped, and not sending a replacement after agreeing to do so, makes me frustrated as a customer.
