I ordered what was clearly advertised as a white radiator, booked a plumber to come and fit the radiator and bought suitable valves etc to go with the radiator. When the radiator arrived it was clearly marked on the box as anthracite and not white. As a result I had to cancel the plumber and pay a restocking charge on the other parts that I bought to go with the radiator. The item was clearly not as described and I have been left out of pocket as a result.
